How To Setup The Flute
1) Firstly you have to open up your case, and you will find a disassembled flute that is divided into three parts.
~The head joint is the top part of your flute, which has the opening hole to blow across.
~The body of the flute is the biggest part of the flute and it has several keys on it.
~The foot joint is the smallest part of the flute and it is on the end of the flute.
2) Next you unpack and clean the flute. Once the case is open you should take the head joint out of the case and rinse it under lukewarm water. Once the flute is wet spray antibacterial spray on the mouth piece and rinse it off. Once the flute is completley clean get some paper towels and dry the flutes mouth piece off.
3) Next you should bring the mouth piece and the body together. You should gently hold the mouth piece in one hand and the body in the other, insert the mouth piece in the body of the flute if the mouth piece doesn't go into the body do not force it because you may break or damage you flute.
4) Once you have successfully attached the the mouth piece and the body of the flute you have to make sure that the hole that is located on the mouth piece and the keys on the body are in the same line so you can get a even sound out of the instrument.
5) The final step to assemble your flute is to attache you foot joint to the body which is connected to the mouth piece. To attache the foot joint you should gently twist it on and the make sure it is in line with the rest of the flute.
